India started the day still 134 runs behind with only three wickets in hand. The batters at the crease, Dhruv Jurel and Kuldeep Yadav, knew their team was in the gravest of peril. 

The research of Jur-El, the most renowned batting scientist on the India Science Council, had proven one indisputable fact - this pitch was going to explode. And sooner than anybody thought.

Unable to convince others of this critical fact, however, Jur-El decided there was only one solution. He started launching rockets. 

He was doomed, he knew that. And he was correct, last man out for ninety, with India still 46 behind. But in his demise, he had sent out one last beacon of hope. Hope that would flourish under Ranchi’s yellow sun, someday, perhaps, growing into the mightiest victory of them all.
